Based in Gibsonia, PA, John DeLacio is the president of Advanced Treatment, Inc. As the company’s owner, he is responsible for drafting and securing permits for residential property owners in need of sewage system repairs or new sewage system construction. He also designs commercial sewage systems. He oversees all aspects of system repairs and installation, beginning with site inspections, continuing through client consultation and navigating the permitting process, which can take more than 12 months. John DeLacio has extensive experience complying with state and local permit regulations.
As the leader of Advanced Treatment, Inc., John DeLacio also employs a field technician and a professional engineer. He has earned several honors and accolades throughout his career, including a PA Department of Transportation Inspector of the Year Award and acknowledgment from the Governor's Task Force following geotechnical investigations during the Ashland Oil storage tank collapse.
Mr. DeLacio holds a mining engineering degree from West Virginia University in Morgantown. He previously was certified as a sewage enforcement officer with the Pennsylvania Departmental Environmental Protection for over two decades.
